You already know about my love for art and of course, food😉… so you also know I’m down for anywhere that offers both, and Terra Kulture is just the place.
Terra Kulture is located at Tiamiyu Savage Street, in Victoria Island, Lagos. I have attached the precise location below.
Kept it very casual with my turtle neck shirt and palazzo with a small black bag and black heels to match.
I got there at 6:21 pm, and I’m so happy I got clear pictures of the building. Just after the hedge is a mini park. The place is kept very neat and clean.
The ground floor houses the restaurant and a gift shop while the art gallery is located at the first floor. I was not so impressed with the restaurant’s decor, but totally fell in love with the art gallery.
The art gallery is so bright and beautiful with rich artworks by Nigeria’s finest. Some of the artworks on display are also for sale, I noticed the price tag on them. The gallery is also divided into sections which makes it really easy for you to navigate, there are also guides there willing to show you around and make your visit easier.
Before exploring the Terra Kulture gallery, I had already made my order of white rice and chicken with plantain and I also ordered for a Chapman drink, so immediately I got back, I was served. The food was very delicious and the service was excellent.
Visiting Terra kulture was very fun, the art gallery was very stimulating for me and the food was scrumptious. I would advise going there with a friend especially the art gallery, having discussions about the artworks with a friend will help you think about what you’re looking at more deeply. Its also a great place for dates or winding down as shows are organised from time to time there. Would definitely visit again 🙂
